On September 9 the Azerbaijan Tourism Board organized a press conference and networking event in Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea to promote the country’s tourism potential among tourism industry representatives and media outlets.

The event brought together more than 80 participants including representatives of media organizations, travel agencies, hotels, as well as international airlines such as Korean Air, Flydubai, and Qatar Airways.

Korean media representatives were provided with detailed information about Azerbaijan’s tourism potential and the latest developments in the sector during the press conference 

The event was also attended by Ramin Hasanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Korea.

As part of the networking program B2B meetings were held to discuss cooperation opportunities between Korean travel agencies and representatives of local tourism companies, hotels, and international airlines.
